Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery takes 6–10 business days through carriers like UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can then check real-time updates on our Order Tracking page at Tolaxa.com.

If you made a mistake, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@tolaxa.com. After a package is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or returned to us by the carrier, please contact our support team. We will either arrange a replacement (if stock is available) or issue a refund.

Returns
